How to use this scorecard

This scorecard gives a neutral way to review a private poker club or app community before you rely on an invitation, club ID, referral path, or representative. It does not rank clubs or certify anyone as official. It simply turns common beginner questions into observable checks: what can you verify, what remains unclear, and what should be resolved before you join.

Use a 0 to 2 score for each area. A score of 0 means the detail is missing or contradictory. A score of 1 means the detail exists but still needs clarification. A score of 2 means the detail is clear, current, and consistent across the source, app screen, and support contact. The point is not to chase a perfect number. The point is to slow down and avoid joining based on one screenshot, one message, or one vague promise.

Questions to ask before assigning a score

Ask whether the club ID identifies the destination club or something else. Ask who answers support questions and whether that person is a club admin, representative, or general contact. Ask where rules are posted and how rule updates are announced. Ask whether the app instructions are current for your device and region. Ask what a beginner should read before sitting at a table or joining an event.

Document the answers. A clear community should not object to basic verification. If answers change depending on who you ask, score the category lower and wait until the mismatch is resolved. Consistency matters because private clubs can involve multiple roles: app software, club organizers, invite paths, support contacts, and larger network arrangements.

Example scenario

A new player receives a club ID from a resource page, a referral code from a contact, and a screenshot from a friend. The scorecard separates those items. The club ID should match the club being requested inside the app. The referral code should be identified as an onboarding path, not confused with the destination. The screenshot should be treated as context only until the app screen confirms the same club name and details.
